{"id":9712,"date":"2019-02-17T11:57:27","date_gmt":"2019-02-17T17:57:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.corregidora.gob.mx\/portal\/?p=9712"},"modified":"2019-02-18T12:04:18","modified_gmt":"2019-02-18T18:04:18","slug":"corregidora-se-posiciona-en-tercer-sitio-del-indicador-general-de-ingresos-municipal-igim-2018","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/corregidora.gob.mx\/portal\/corregidora-se-posiciona-en-tercer-sitio-del-indicador-general-de-ingresos-municipal-igim-2018\/","title":{"rendered":"Corregidora se posiciona en tercer sitio del Indicador General de Ingresos  Municipal (IGIM) 2018"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li><em>Le reconocen autonom\u00eda financiera y capacidad para generar recursos propios.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Obtuvo calificaci\u00f3n de 64.7 que est\u00e1 por encima del promedio de los municipios evaluados.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El Municipio de Corregidora se ubic\u00f3 en el tercer sitio del Indicador General de Ingresos Municipal (IGIM) 2018 de la firma Aregional, en el cual \u00fanicamente seis municipios obtuvieron calificaci\u00f3n aprobatoria entre una muestra de 61, como resultado de su autonom\u00eda financiera y su capacidad para generar recursos propios.<\/p>\n<p>Corregidora ocup\u00f3 la tercera posici\u00f3n con una puntuaci\u00f3n de 64.7 superando el promedio de la muestra que fue de 31.6 (que es reprobatorio) y se posicion\u00f3 \u00fanicamente por debajo de San Pedro Garza Garc\u00eda, Nuevo Le\u00f3n, que obtuvo 85.5 y de Bah\u00eda de Banderas, Nayarit con 67.0 de puntuaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Gracias al incremento de la recaudaci\u00f3n de sus ingresos propios, derivado en mayor medida de la modernizaci\u00f3n catastral y una campa\u00f1a de regularizaci\u00f3n de licencias de construcci\u00f3n; Corregidora logr\u00f3 ubicarse entre los seis municipios que se posicionaron en el grupo alto del IGIM 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Aregional reconoci\u00f3 adem\u00e1s los esfuerzos realizados para incrementar o mantener sus niveles de recaudaci\u00f3n de ingresos propios y la implementaci\u00f3n de pol\u00edticas en la materia de recaudaci\u00f3n, tales como programas de modernizaci\u00f3n catastral, toma de fotograf\u00eda a\u00e9rea de los predios, actualizaci\u00f3n de los valores catastrales, ajuste de las tasas de valores a la propiedad, o programas de descuento y de promociones en el pago de impuestos.<\/p>\n<p>La estimaci\u00f3n del Indicador General de Ingresos Municipal (IGIM) 2018, se realiz\u00f3 para una muestra de 61 municipios con datos del a\u00f1o 2017, y se obtiene a partir de la autonom\u00eda financiera, los ingresos propios per c\u00e1pita y su fortaleza tributaria.<\/p>\n<style>#jtg-95 .modula-item .jtg-social a, .lightbox-socials.jtg-social a{ fill: #ffffff;
