{"id":4922,"date":"2016-07-25T14:42:23","date_gmt":"2016-07-25T19:42:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.corregidora.gob.mx\/portal\/?p=4922"},"modified":"2016-07-25T14:42:23","modified_gmt":"2016-07-25T19:42:23","slug":"entregan-98-titulos-de-propiedad-a-ciudadanos-de-corregidora","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/corregidora.gob.mx\/portal\/entregan-98-titulos-de-propiedad-a-ciudadanos-de-corregidora\/","title":{"rendered":"Entregan 98 t\u00edtulos de propiedad a ciudadanos de Corregidora"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li><em>Se llev\u00f3 acabo la firma del convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n entre el RAN y el municipio. <\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Otorgan a la demarcaci\u00f3n dos t\u00edtulos parcelarios a beneficio de los corregidorenses. \u00a0<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Mauricio Kuri Gonz\u00e1lez, presidente municipal de Corregidora, encabez\u00f3 la entrega de 98 t\u00edtulos de propiedad, al mismo n\u00famero de familias de la demarcaci\u00f3n, gracias al trabajo en conjunto con el Registro Agrario Nacional (RAN).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Con esta acci\u00f3n, los ciudadanos podr\u00e1n disfrutar de certidumbre jur\u00eddica y una escritura p\u00fablica que les permitir\u00e1 llevar a cabo cualquier acto de dominio sobre sus predios, pues estos dejaron de pertenecer al r\u00e9gimen ejidal o comunal, para ser propiedad privada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u201cAgradezco la voluntad que han tenido el gobierno federal y estatal para apoyar al municipio, gracias a eso, este a\u00f1o estamos anunciando una inversi\u00f3n de mil 200 millones de pesos en obras; esto nunca hab\u00eda pasado en el municipio\u201d, precis\u00f3 Kuri Gonz\u00e1lez.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">En un corto plazo, a trav\u00e9s del mismo apoyo, se ver\u00e1n beneficiadas en total m\u00e1s de 700 familias de La Negreta, Los \u00c1ngeles, Los Olvera, Lourdes, Charco Blanco, El Jaral, La Cueva, Puerta de San Rafael, entre otras comunidades y colonias.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Como parte del acto protocolario, se realiz\u00f3, por segunda ocasi\u00f3n, la firma de un convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n entre el RAN y el municipio de Corregidora,\u00a0 el que permitir\u00e1 el trabajo coordinado a beneficio de los corregidorenses.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Ah\u00ed mismo, el RAN hizo entrega de dos t\u00edtulos parcelarios a la demarcaci\u00f3n, tierras destinadas para ser equipadas con la infraestructura necesaria a beneficio de los ciudadanos, ya sea con espacios deportivos, de salud, educativos, de esparcimiento\u00a0 o culturales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u201cEl municipio determinar\u00e1 el uso que se le dar\u00e1n a esos dos predios, los cuales, hace ya muchos a\u00f1os, fueron donados por el propio ejido\u201d, asever\u00f3 Eliseo P\u00e9rez S\u00e1nchez, delegado federal del RAN en el estado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Acompa\u00f1aron al alcalde en la l\u00ednea de honor: Juan Carlos Padilla Aguilar, delegado federal de la Secretar\u00eda de Gobernaci\u00f3n en el estado; Rogelio Vega V\u00e1zquez mellado, jefe de Gabinete; Mar\u00eda Dolores Guerrero Rodr\u00edguez, beneficiaria; Ad\u00e1n Gardiazabal Garc\u00eda, delegado federal de la SEDATU en Quer\u00e9taro; Ricardo Alegre Boj\u00f3rquez, delegado federal del INFONAVIT en el estado;
