Actualmente, el municipio registra un tiempo de respuesta de 6 minutos en zonas urbanas.<\/p>\n<p>Chepe Guerrero detall\u00f3 que se increment\u00f3 el n\u00famero de operadores, pasando de 9 a 16 en total y de 3 a 5 por turno, lo que ha permitido aumentar en 15% la atenci\u00f3n de llamadas en comparaci\u00f3n con 2024.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCuando llegu\u00e9 a la Presidencia hab\u00eda molestia porque muchas llamadas al 9-1-1 no se atend\u00edan. Nos enfocamos de fondo en el tema de seguridad y detectamos que el sistema estaba rebasado, ya que hab\u00eda pocos operadores y l\u00edneas insuficientes para todo el municipio. Hoy logramos reducir en m\u00e1s de la mitad las llamadas que no se contestaban\u201d, coment\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, se brinda capacitaci\u00f3n constante a las y los operadores mediante procesos de certificaci\u00f3n en el Est\u00e1ndar de Competencia EC1274 \u201cAtenci\u00f3n telef\u00f3nica a solicitudes de apoyo en emergencias a trav\u00e9s de la l\u00ednea 9-1-1, conforme al Modelo COSMOS\u201d.
