El llamado es a trabajar unidos para garantizar seguridad, hacer la justicia m\u00e1s cerca y para que cada persona en Corregidora sepa que no est\u00e1 sola. El municipio que hoy me honro en presidir tiene el quinto lugar con mejor \u00edndice de desarrollo humano en M\u00e9xico, seg\u00fan datos de la ONU\u201d, destac\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>El convenio fue firmado en las instalaciones del Poder Judicial del Estado de Quer\u00e9taro, y contempla que el Municipio de Corregidora realice acciones de difusi\u00f3n, orientaci\u00f3n y vinculaci\u00f3n para que la poblaci\u00f3n conozca las alternativas institucionales para la atenci\u00f3n y soluci\u00f3n de conflictos, as\u00ed como el intercambio de informaci\u00f3n, experiencias y buenas pr\u00e1cticas entre ambas instancias, siempre dentro del marco de competencia de cada instituci\u00f3n y conforme a la normatividad aplicable.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, se impulsar\u00e1n actividades de profesionalizaci\u00f3n, sensibilizaci\u00f3n y cooperaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica que contribuyan al fortalecimiento institucional tanto del Poder Judicial del Estado de Quer\u00e9taro como del Gobierno Municipal de Corregidora.<\/p>\n<p>Igualmente, el Magistrado Presidente del Poder Judicial del Estado, Braulio Guerra Urbiola, indic\u00f3 que esta colaboraci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n se busca generar acciones que permitan ofrecer a la ciudadan\u00eda una justicia m\u00e1s cercana, accesible, \u00e1gil y humana, facilitando el acceso a orientaci\u00f3n e informaci\u00f3n sobre mecanismos pac\u00edficos para la resoluci\u00f3n de controversias.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cComo dice muy bien el gobernador Mauricio Kuri, Quer\u00e9taro es un solo estado y todos, desde nuestras competencias, remamos hacia el mismo lado, y se siente.\u00a0 Desde ah\u00ed celebramos que hoy podamos consumir este convenio para trabajar en conjunto, las puertas de este Tribunal est\u00e1n abiertas\u201d, coment\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Para el Municipio de Corregidora este acuerdo refuerza su capacidad institucional para canalizar, orientar y atender de manera m\u00e1s integral a la poblaci\u00f3n en temas relacionados con la soluci\u00f3n pac\u00edfica de conflictos, adem\u00e1s de generar herramientas de colaboraci\u00f3n que permitan acercar a la ciudadan\u00eda mecanismos alternativos de atenci\u00f3n y soluci\u00f3n de controversias.<\/p>\n<p>De esta manera, ambas instituciones refrendan su compromiso de trabajar de manera coordinada para fortalecer la cultura de la legalidad, la convivencia pac\u00edfica y la prevenci\u00f3n de conflictos, impulsando beneficios directos para la ciudadan\u00eda mediante el acceso a mecanismos institucionales m\u00e1s cercanos y accesibles.<\/p>\n<style>#jtg-43590 .modula-item .jtg-social a, .lightbox-socials.jtg-social a{ fill: #ffffff;
