{"id":43495,"date":"2026-03-10T14:55:06","date_gmt":"2026-03-10T20:55:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/corregidora.gob.mx\/portal\/?p=43495"},"modified":"2026-03-10T14:55:06","modified_gmt":"2026-03-10T20:55:06","slug":"chepe-guerrero-anuncia-rehabilitacion-de-vialidad-y-acceso-al-parque-industrial-balvanera","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/corregidora.gob.mx\/portal\/chepe-guerrero-anuncia-rehabilitacion-de-vialidad-y-acceso-al-parque-industrial-balvanera\/","title":{"rendered":"Chepe Guerrero anuncia rehabilitaci\u00f3n de vialidad y acceso al Parque Industrial Balvanera"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li><em> La obra contempla la intervenci\u00f3n de 511 metros lineales de vialidad, as\u00ed como mejoras en banquetas, guarniciones y se\u00f1alamiento vial y peatonal.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em> Empresarios del Parque Industrial Balvanera aportar\u00e1n el 50% del recurso para la ejecuci\u00f3n del proyecto.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Ante integrantes del Parque Industrial Balvanera, el presidente municipal de Corregidora, Chepe Guerrero, present\u00f3 el proyecto \u201cRehabilitaci\u00f3n de Vialidad y Entronque en Lateral al Parque Industrial Balvanera\u201d, obra que tiene como objetivo mejorar la seguridad y las condiciones de movilidad para peatones y automovilistas que diariamente transitan por la zona.<\/p>\n<p>El alcalde reconoci\u00f3 la organizaci\u00f3n y compromiso de las y los empresarios del parque industrial, representados por su administrador general, Francisco Joss Larrondo, quienes contribuir\u00e1n con el 50% del recurso econ\u00f3mico necesario para llevar a cabo la rehabilitaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLa aportaci\u00f3n que hacen ustedes hoy es bien importante, lo voy a decir como es: no podr\u00edamos hacer esta obra si no fuera por la aportaci\u00f3n de ustedes. Con todo y lo que hemos podido gestionar con el gobernador. Estirar el recurso puede ser complicado, pero la verdad esto que ustedes hicieron yo lo reconozco como una forma de hacer comunidad\u201d, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>La secretaria de Obras P\u00fablicas Municipales, Viridiana Nava Rodr\u00edguez, fue la encargada de presentar los detalles t\u00e9cnicos del proyecto. Inform\u00f3 que los trabajos iniciar\u00e1n durante la primera semana de abril y tendr\u00e1n un periodo total de ejecuci\u00f3n de 10 semanas.<\/p>\n<p>Explic\u00f3 que las labores que generar\u00e1n mayor impacto en la circulaci\u00f3n se concentrar\u00e1n durante el primer mes, mientras que el resto del tiempo corresponde a procesos necesarios para garantizar la calidad de la obra.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLas molestias m\u00e1s fuertes para quienes usan esta vialidad ser\u00e1n aproximadamente durante cuatro o cinco semanas.
