Ayuntamiento, aprobaron por unanimidad el programa \u201cTu Ciudad Contigo 2026\u201d, con el cual se otorgar\u00e1n descuentos en el pago del impuesto predial a personas que se encuentren en situaci\u00f3n de vulnerabilidad: adultos mayores, pensionados, jubilados, personas con alg\u00fan tipo de discapacidad y madres y padres solteros.<\/p>\n<p>Chepe Guerrero resalt\u00f3 que, con este programa, se busca apoyar la econom\u00eda de las familias que est\u00e1n pasando por momentos dif\u00edciles, y a la vez, incentivar el pago del impuesto predial.<\/p>\n<p>La directora de Ingresos de la Secretar\u00eda de Tesorer\u00eda y Finanzas del Municipio de Corregidora, Mar\u00eda del Socorro Gonz\u00e1lez, explic\u00f3 que los beneficios van desde un 50% de descuento, ya que \u201ceste apoyo es directamente al impuesto predial y depende de los ingresos mensuales, as\u00ed como el valor catastral de sus predios. Las condicionantes son: que el ciudadano tenga solo una vivienda a nivel municipal, vivir en el domicilio, no rentar total o parcialmente el inmueble y no contar con establecimiento comercial en dicho inmueble\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Para mayores informes del programa \u201cTu Ciudad Contigo 2026\u201d se pude consultar la p\u00e1gina web https:\/\/corregidora.gob.mx\/portal\/beneficios-fiscales\/ o bien, a trav\u00e9s del Chat-Bot 449 462 1002.
