{"id":41067,"date":"2025-06-16T13:13:54","date_gmt":"2025-06-16T19:13:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/corregidora.gob.mx\/portal\/?p=41067"},"modified":"2025-06-16T13:13:54","modified_gmt":"2025-06-16T19:13:54","slug":"chepe-guerrero-da-un-paso-firme-por-la-ninez-al-instalar-el-sipinna-corregidora-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/corregidora.gob.mx\/portal\/chepe-guerrero-da-un-paso-firme-por-la-ninez-al-instalar-el-sipinna-corregidora-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"Chepe Guerrero da un paso firme por la ni\u00f1ez al instalar el SIPINNA Corregidora 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li><em>Corregidora es el primer municipio de la entidad en lograr un funcionamiento \u00f3ptimo de sus Sistema de Protecci\u00f3n. <\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>&#8220;Hoy damos un paso moral, humano y profundamente necesario&#8221;: Chepe.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El presidente municipal de Corregidora, Chepe Guerrero, tom\u00f3 protesta a las y los integrantes del Sistema Municipal de Protecci\u00f3n Integral de Ni\u00f1as, Ni\u00f1os y Adolescentes de Corregidora (SIPINNA) 2025, quienes ser\u00e1n responsables de garantizar que todas las pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas salvaguarden los derechos de la infancia y la adolescencia, mediante un trabajo coordinado entre los tres niveles de gobierno.<\/p>\n<p>Chepe Guerrero destac\u00f3 que Corregidora es el primer municipio de la entidad en lograr un funcionamiento \u00f3ptimo de su Sistema de Protecci\u00f3n SIPINNA, gracias a acciones como el establecimiento de la Procuradur\u00eda Municipal de Protecci\u00f3n a Ni\u00f1as, Ni\u00f1os y Adolescentes, la incorporaci\u00f3n de representantes de la sociedad civil, la conformaci\u00f3n de comisiones activas y los avances en el Programa Municipal de Protecci\u00f3n a la Ni\u00f1ez.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHoy damos un paso institucional, pero, sobre todo, un paso moral, humano y profundamente necesario. Aqu\u00ed, haciendo trabajo en equipo, hemos logrado avanzar con pasos importantes al respecto\u201d, coment\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, la secretaria de Gobierno Municipal, Cristina Fern\u00e1ndez de Cevallos, record\u00f3 que los principios fundamentales del Sistema de Protecci\u00f3n son: el inter\u00e9s superior de la ni\u00f1ez, la no discriminaci\u00f3n, el desarrollo integral, la participaci\u00f3n infantil, la igualdad sustantiva y el acceso a una vida libre de violencia.<\/p>\n<p>En representaci\u00f3n de las ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes de Corregidora, Abraham Basilio afirm\u00f3: \u201cUna sociedad que reconoce y protege a su infancia y adolescencia es una sociedad m\u00e1s justa, m\u00e1s fuerte y m\u00e1s humana, porque cuando los ni\u00f1os crecen con respeto, tambi\u00e9n crecen con autoestima\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>El Sistema de Protecci\u00f3n SIPINNA Corregidora est\u00e1 integrado por el alcalde, Chepe Guerrero; la presidenta del Sistema DIF Municipal, Gaby Tr\u00e1pala; la directora del DIF Municipal, Maricruz Arellano; la procuradora de Protecci\u00f3n de Ni\u00f1as, Ni\u00f1os y Adolescentes en el DIF Municipal, Mar\u00eda Fernanda Vega; el secretario municipal de Desarrollo Social, Germ\u00e1n Borja; la secretaria de Gobierno Municipal, Cristina Fern\u00e1ndez de Cevallos; el procurador estatal de Protecci\u00f3n de Ni\u00f1as, Ni\u00f1os y Adolescentes, Manuel Hern\u00e1ndez; la vicepresidenta de la Fundaci\u00f3n Vida Plena &#8220;Ing.
