{"id":40775,"date":"2025-05-21T13:24:32","date_gmt":"2025-05-21T19:24:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/corregidora.gob.mx\/portal\/?p=40775"},"modified":"2025-05-21T13:24:32","modified_gmt":"2025-05-21T19:24:32","slug":"corregidora-invita-a-las-familias-a-vivir-el-ritmo-y-la-energia-del-activafest-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/corregidora.gob.mx\/portal\/corregidora-invita-a-las-familias-a-vivir-el-ritmo-y-la-energia-del-activafest-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"Corregidora invita a las familias a vivir el ritmo y la energ\u00eda del ActivaFest 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li><em>Por cuarto a\u00f1o consecutivo, la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Social, a trav\u00e9s del Instituto Municipal del Deporte, llevar\u00e1 a cabo el ActivaFest, con el objetivo de promover una vida saludable a trav\u00e9s de la actividad f\u00edsica y el deporte.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El pr\u00f3ximo s\u00e1bado 24 de mayo se llevar\u00e1 a cabo en el Municipio de Corregidora el evento internacional ActivaFest, que reunir\u00e1 a m\u00e1s de 5 mil personas bailando al ritmo de m\u00fasica en vivo, cumbia, salsa y \u00e9xitos de los a\u00f1os 80 y 90, adem\u00e1s de una master class de zumba, con el objetivo de impulsar la actividad f\u00edsica, el deporte y una vida saludable.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con el titular de la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Social en Corregidora, Germ\u00e1n Borja Gardu\u00f1o, la sede del ActivaFest ser\u00e1 el campo de futbol americano de la Unidad Deportiva El Pueblito. Este evento, que se realiza por cuarto a\u00f1o consecutivo, reunir\u00e1 a miles de familias en Corregidora.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n hizo una invitaci\u00f3n a las familias de municipios vecinos para sumarse y disfrutar de las distintas actividades planeadas, as\u00ed como a fomentar en sus hogares un estilo de vida saludable, promoviendo el deporte, una buena alimentaci\u00f3n y el acceso a la cultura.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEl ActivaFest 20205 como bien saben se hac\u00eda desde administraciones pasadas, muy dirigido a la mujer Hoy queremos abrirlo a un tema de todos. Las familias, que vengan j\u00f3venes, ni\u00f1os, adultos mayores. Que vengan personas no solo del Municipio de Corregidora, sino de otros municipios y estados. Tenemos presencia internacional de ponentes. Estaremos en la Unidad Deportiva El Pueblito, en el campo de futbol americano\u201d, recalc\u00f3 Germ\u00e1n Borja.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, Patricia Narv\u00e1ez, organizadora del ActivaFest, detall\u00f3 que el evento ser\u00e1 completamente gratuito y contar\u00e1 con clases de baile, activaciones f\u00edsicas \u2014incluida una clase internacional de zumba fitness\u2014, presentaciones especiales de danza \u00e1rabe, hip-hop y rutinas con equipo fitness en trampol\u00edn.
