Se est\u00e1 elaborando en conjunto con los diputados Mauricio C\u00e1rdenas y To\u00f1o Zapata.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES-MX\" style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">\u201cLo estamos trabajando de la mano con nuestros diputados y acudir\u00e9 a la Legislatura para presentarla personalmente. La intenci\u00f3n que es abordemos este tema de manera integral y buscar resolverlo de fondo, no nada m\u00e1s con un posicionamiento sobre uno u otro desarrollador, sino con reformas y adiciones que nos permiten manejar el tema de la mejor manera\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES-MX\" style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Chepe Guerrero adelant\u00f3 que pr\u00f3ximamente el Ayuntamiento de Corregidora realizar\u00e1 una entrega importante de un desarrollo ubicado sobre la carretera de cuota a Celaya, el cual ser\u00e1 un ejemplo de c\u00f3mo se puede avanzar en la entrega de fraccionamientos mediante el di\u00e1logo entre desarrolladores, vecinos y autoridades municipales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES-MX\" style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Entre los puntos destacados de la reforma se encuentra el fortalecimiento de las facultades municipales, como: ampliaci\u00f3n de la competencia del Municipio para intervenir en la rendici\u00f3n de cuentas de las mesas directivas de condominios, cuando exista incertidumbre sobre su gesti\u00f3n o a solicitud del 30% de los cond\u00f3minos.
