{"id":40404,"date":"2025-04-11T08:58:45","date_gmt":"2025-04-11T14:58:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/corregidora.gob.mx\/portal\/?p=40404"},"modified":"2025-04-11T08:58:45","modified_gmt":"2025-04-11T14:58:45","slug":"ayuntamiento-de-corregidora-aprueba-programa-de-obra-publica-por-administracion-directa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/corregidora.gob.mx\/portal\/ayuntamiento-de-corregidora-aprueba-programa-de-obra-publica-por-administracion-directa\/","title":{"rendered":"Ayuntamiento de Corregidora aprueba Programa de Obra P\u00fablica por Administraci\u00f3n Directa"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li><em> Se autoriza la ejecuci\u00f3n de obras menores con presupuesto propio, bajo una modalidad \u00e1gil y eficiente que responde directamente a las necesidades ciudadanas.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>En Sesi\u00f3n de Cabildo, el Ayuntamiento de Corregidora aprob\u00f3 la creaci\u00f3n y operaci\u00f3n del programa de Obra P\u00fablica por Administraci\u00f3n Directa, cuyo objetivo es agilizar la atenci\u00f3n de obras menores de mantenimiento y mejora urbana, con un enfoque eficiente, legal y transparente.<\/p>\n<p>En el marco del Eje 3 del Plan Municipal de Desarrollo: Municipio Ordenado y Sostenible, el programa de Obra P\u00fablica por Administraci\u00f3n Directa, autorizado por la Secretar\u00eda de Obras P\u00fablicas, ejecutar\u00e1 directamente acciones de mantenimiento en vialidades, parques y centros educativos, entre otros espacios, respondiendo con inmediatez a las solicitudes ciudadanas y previniendo riesgos.<\/p>\n<p>La aprobaci\u00f3n de este esquema se basa en lo dispuesto por el art\u00edculo 71 de la Ley de Obra P\u00fablica del Estado de Quer\u00e9taro, que permite este tipo de ejecuci\u00f3n cuando se trata de obras urgentes, de bajo costo o en las que participen directamente los beneficiarios mediante Comit\u00e9s de Obra.<\/p>\n<p>Para el ejercicio 2025, se destinar\u00e1 un monto de 2 millones de pesos, contemplado en el Presupuesto de Egresos Municipal, aprobado en Sesi\u00f3n de Cabildo el pasado 18 de diciembre de 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Esta acci\u00f3n forma parte de la estrategia Obra P\u00fablica Urbana, que busca fortalecer la infraestructura urbana y social en las colonias del municipio, mejorar la movilidad y elevar el bienestar de las familias.<\/p>\n<p>Con esta aprobaci\u00f3n, el Gobierno Municipal reitera su compromiso con una gesti\u00f3n ordenada, transparente y orientada al bienestar de todas y todos los corregidorenses.<\/p>\n<style>#jtg-40401 .modula-item .jtg-social a, .lightbox-socials.jtg-social a{ fill: #ffffff;
