{"id":36842,"date":"2024-03-19T11:36:10","date_gmt":"2024-03-19T17:36:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/corregidora.gob.mx\/portal\/?p=36842"},"modified":"2024-03-19T11:36:10","modified_gmt":"2024-03-19T17:36:10","slug":"emite-pc-corregidora-recomendaciones-para-evitar-golpes-de-calor","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/corregidora.gob.mx\/portal\/emite-pc-corregidora-recomendaciones-para-evitar-golpes-de-calor\/","title":{"rendered":"Emite PC Corregidora recomendaciones para evitar golpes de calor"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li><em>Durante esta temporada se presentan temperaturas superiores a los 30\u00ba grados.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><em>El director de la Coordinaci\u00f3n Municipal de Protecci\u00f3n Civil de Corregidora, Omar<\/em><em> Lugo Aguilar, llam\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n a proteger a las mascotas de las altas temperaturas. <\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Omar Lugo Aguilar, director de la Coordinaci\u00f3n Municipal de Protecci\u00f3n Civil de Corregidora, llam\u00f3 a la poblaci\u00f3n en general a tomar precauciones ante las altas temperaturas que se prev\u00e9n durante esta temporada.<\/p>\n<p>Con el objetivo de evitar un golpe de calor, sugiri\u00f3 portar vestimenta con manga larga, traer sombrero, gorra o sombrilla, evitar exponerse por tiempo prolongado a los rayos del sol, usar bloqueador solar y consumir constantemente l\u00edquidos.<\/p>\n<p>Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que, en caso de sufrir un golpe de calor, deben acudir al m\u00e9dico para su atenci\u00f3n inmediata.<\/p>\n<p>El funcionario municipal record\u00f3 que, algunos de los s\u00edntomas provocados por las altas temperaturas son: dolor de cabeza, mareos, desmayos, as\u00ed como enrojecimiento y ardor en la piel, siendo los menores de edad y adultos mayores los m\u00e1s propensos a sufrir este padecimiento.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHay que usar ropa de manga larga, siempre tener protegido nuestro cuerpo con sombrero, gorra o sombrilla y el uso constante de bloqueadores.
