Es un tema de planeaci\u00f3n y de orden\u201d: RSP<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El Municipio de Corregidora y el Colegio de Arquitectos del Estado de Quer\u00e9taro (CAEQ) firmaron un convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n que tiene por objetivo establecer las bases que coadyuven al cumplimiento del marco legal en materia urbana, en el ordenamiento territorial, en el desarrollo urbano y en la ejecuci\u00f3n de construcciones dentro del municipio. Ello, con la finalidad de beneficiar a la ciudadan\u00eda en la realizaci\u00f3n de tr\u00e1mites y brindar una mejor calidad de vida.<\/p>\n<p>Roberto Sosa Pichardo, presidente municipal de Corregidora, resalt\u00f3 que esta suma de voluntades contribuye a la planeaci\u00f3n y al mejor desarrollo de la demarcaci\u00f3n, lo que deriva en un bienestar para la sociedad.<\/p>\n<p>Resalt\u00f3 la importancia de establecer estos mecanismos de coordinaci\u00f3n, ejecuci\u00f3n, control y evaluaci\u00f3n para asegurar el cumplimiento de la normatividad federal, estatal y municipal, lo que garantiza la seguridad, la estabilidad y comodidad en beneficio de la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMe parece que es una gran \u00e1rea de oportunidad esta firma de convenio. Es un tema de convenir entre el Colegio de Arquitectos y el gobierno municipal. Estoy seguro que en alg\u00fan momento se va a lograr, el tener la planeaci\u00f3n del \u00e1rea metropolitana, ya no puede ser de otra manera.
