{"id":32711,"date":"2022-07-03T15:02:22","date_gmt":"2022-07-03T20:02:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/corregidora.gob.mx\/portal\/?p=32711"},"modified":"2022-07-03T15:02:22","modified_gmt":"2022-07-03T20:02:22","slug":"consigue-corregidora-donacion-de-predio-para-vecinos-de-panorama","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/corregidora.gob.mx\/portal\/consigue-corregidora-donacion-de-predio-para-vecinos-de-panorama\/","title":{"rendered":"Consigue Corregidora donaci\u00f3n de predio para vecinos de Panorama"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li><em>IVEQ hizo entrega de este espacio donde el municipio crear\u00e1 un \u00e1rea recreativa para el disfrute de todas las familias.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El Municipio de Corregidora recibi\u00f3 por parte del Instituto de la Vivienda del Estado de Quer\u00e9taro (IVEQ) la donaci\u00f3n de un predio en la colonia Panorama, el cual ser\u00e1 destinado para crear un espacio de esparcimiento del que puedan disfrutar los vecinos.<\/p>\n<p>En su mensaje, el alcalde Roberto Sosa Pichardo, celebr\u00f3 la donaci\u00f3n de este espacio que los vecinos ped\u00edan y hoy, gracias a la voluntad del IVEQ, el municipio podr\u00e1 desarrollar un proyecto en favor de los habitantes de esta colonia, por lo cual los invit\u00f3 a involucrarse y trabajar en equipo con las autoridades.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEste es un d\u00eda de festejo, en beneficio de los ni\u00f1os y de los j\u00f3venes, viene un buen proyecto\u201d, expres\u00f3 el alcalde quien confi\u00f3 en que se fortalecer\u00e1 la comunidad con la creaci\u00f3n de este nuevo espacio que ser\u00e1 de todos.<\/p>\n<p>Tras varias gestiones, la administraci\u00f3n municipal logr\u00f3 obtener por parte del Instituto de la Vivienda del Estado de Quer\u00e9taro (IVEQ) el Acta de Sesi\u00f3n en donde se aprueba la donaci\u00f3n de dicho inmueble ubicado en la calle Paseo de la Reforma S\/N en la colonia Panorama, en favor del Municipio, mismo que cuenta con una superficie de 1,614 metros cuadrados, explic\u00f3 la secretaria de Ayuntamiento del Municipio de Corregidora, Mar\u00eda Elena\u00a0 S\u00e1nchez Trejo.<\/p>\n<p>Lorena Garc\u00eda Alcocer, directora del IVEQ, invit\u00f3 a los vecinos y autoridades a reflexionar sobre su futuro en el cual confi\u00f3 que ser\u00e1n personas plenas y para lograrlo, se requiere de espacios recreativos y al aire libre.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEn el Instituto de la Vivienda del Estado de Quer\u00e9taro, estamos comprometidos con la calidad de vida de los queretanos, y para poder proveer la calidad de vida, la apuesta es hacer comunidad\u201d, expres\u00f3 la funcionaria quien celebr\u00f3 el inter\u00e9s del alcalde por dotar al municipio de \u00e1reas para la pr\u00e1ctica del deporte pues los ni\u00f1os y j\u00f3venes crecen saludables y a los adultos mayores les provee una vida aut\u00f3noma.<\/p>\n<style>#jtg-32703 .modula-item .jtg-social a, .lightbox-socials.jtg-social a{ fill: #ffffff;
