{"id":22919,"date":"2020-11-25T16:02:07","date_gmt":"2020-11-25T22:02:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/corregidora.gob.mx\/portal\/?p=22919"},"modified":"2020-12-01T13:05:00","modified_gmt":"2020-12-01T19:05:00","slug":"capacitan-a-funcionarios-en-materia-de-equidad-de-genero","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/corregidora.gob.mx\/portal\/capacitan-a-funcionarios-en-materia-de-equidad-de-genero\/","title":{"rendered":"Capacitan a funcionarios en materia de equidad de g\u00e9nero"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El presidente municipal de Corregidora, Roberto Sosa Pichardo, encabez\u00f3 la ceremonia de entrega de constancias a los primeros funcionarios p\u00fablicos que cumplieron con el primer curso del programa \u201cGobernando para la Igualdad Sustantiva entre mujeres y hombres\u201d, impartido por el Instituto Municipal de la Mujer.<\/p>\n<p>Durante su mensaje, el Alcalde refiri\u00f3 que Corregidora trabaja para posicionarse como el primer municipio a nivel Estado en establecer el tr\u00e1mite indispensable y obligatorio, mediante el cual se acredite la capacitaci\u00f3n en materia de Perspectiva de G\u00e9nero para todas y todos los servidores p\u00fablicos de la administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica municipal.<\/p>\n<p>En esta primera etapa fueron 30 funcionarios representantes de cada una de las \u00e1reas de la administraci\u00f3n municipal quienes recibieron estos certificados, cabe destacar que este curs\u00f3 ser\u00e1 requisito que sea cumplido por el resto de los servidores p\u00fablicos en las primeras semanas del mes de enero del pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>Patricia Narv\u00e1ez Delgadillo, Directora del Instituto Municipal de la Mujer, hizo hincapi\u00e9 en darle la importancia a estas capacitaciones, ya que acciones como estas generan mejores entornos como sociedad, de igual forma reconoci\u00f3 los esfuerzos por parte del Edil por buscar los mecanismos adecuados para hacer de la administraci\u00f3n y de la demarcaci\u00f3n, un mejor lugar para trabajar y convivir, donde se avance con igualdad y respeto entre g\u00e9neros.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEn Corregidora, primero son las mujeres, despu\u00e9s las mujeres y al final las mujeres, estamos apost\u00e1ndole por completo en posicionar pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas pensadas en que todos se beneficien por igual, este curso es parte de ello, si seguimos fortaleciendo una actitud de cambio entre todos podremos erradicar la desigualdad e inclusive temas tan sensibles como la violencia, misma que hoy estamos conmemorando\u201d, acot\u00f3 Roberto Sosa Pichardo al concluir su participaci\u00f3n en este evento.<\/p>\n<style>#jtg-22915 .modula-item .jtg-social a, .lightbox-socials.jtg-social a{ fill: #ffffff;
