{"id":22382,"date":"2020-11-10T17:52:04","date_gmt":"2020-11-10T23:52:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/corregidora.gob.mx\/portal\/?p=22382"},"modified":"2020-11-21T09:58:16","modified_gmt":"2020-11-21T15:58:16","slug":"entregan-primeras-escrituras-en-ampliacion-20-de-enero-y-ampliacion-20-de-enero-primera-seccion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/corregidora.gob.mx\/portal\/entregan-primeras-escrituras-en-ampliacion-20-de-enero-y-ampliacion-20-de-enero-primera-seccion\/","title":{"rendered":"Entregan primeras escrituras en Ampliaci\u00f3n 20 de Enero y Ampliaci\u00f3n 20 de Enero Primera Secci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><i><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Son 51 familias las beneficiadas en esta primera etapa.<\/span><\/i><br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">El presidente municipal de Corregidora, Roberto Sosa Pichardo, encabez\u00f3 la primera entrega de escrituras en las colonias Ampliaci\u00f3n 20 de Enero y Ampliaci\u00f3n 20 de Enero Primera Secci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cPara nosotros es muy importante venir aqu\u00ed a entregarles sus escrituras en esta primera fase, porque se protege jur\u00eddicamente lo que tanto trabajo les ha costado, y ahora s\u00ed, podr\u00e1n tener la tranquilidad de que su familia cuenta con un patrimonio\u201d, expres\u00f3 el alcalde.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Destac\u00f3 que tambi\u00e9n es importante la regularizaci\u00f3n para comenzar a atender las necesidades de la colonia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">En esta primera entrega se benefician 51 familias de las cuales, 18 se encuentran en Ampliaci\u00f3n 20 de Enero, y 33 corresponden a Ampliaci\u00f3n 20 de enero Primera Secci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Explic\u00f3 que se lleva a cabo el proceso de regularizaci\u00f3n de dichos asentamientos, para brindar certeza jur\u00eddica a 240 predios y 87 familias, en su totalidad, con escrituras p\u00fablicas en el municipio de Corregidora.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">El se\u00f1or Agust\u00edn L\u00f3pez, beneficiario de esta entrega agradeci\u00f3 la certeza jur\u00eddica que hoy reciben sobre su patrimonio, y reconoci\u00f3 el compromiso del gobernador Francisco Dom\u00ednguez y del alcalde Roberto Sosa Pichardo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cEn el momento que supimos que el alcalde se hac\u00eda presente por este lugar prometi\u00e9ndonos unas escrituras supimos que era el momento de trabajar conjuntamente, no fue f\u00e1cil, hubo momentos que nos pregunt\u00e1bamos cu\u00e1ndo, y hoy ya tenemos nuestras escrituras\u201d, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Acudi\u00f3 a esta entrega Diana Yadira P\u00e9rez Mej\u00eda, subsecretaria de Vinculaci\u00f3n y Administraci\u00f3n de Desarrollo Social en el Estado.<\/p>\n<style>#jtg-22378 .modula-item .jtg-social a, .lightbox-socials.jtg-social a{ fill: #ffffff;
