{"id":20080,"date":"2020-08-27T15:21:09","date_gmt":"2020-08-27T20:21:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/corregidora.gob.mx\/portal\/?p=20080"},"modified":"2020-09-04T15:23:06","modified_gmt":"2020-09-04T20:23:06","slug":"entregan-apoyos-de-vivienda-en-corregidora","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/corregidora.gob.mx\/portal\/entregan-apoyos-de-vivienda-en-corregidora\/","title":{"rendered":"Entregan apoyos de vivienda en Corregidora"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li><em>Inversi\u00f3n tripartita para beneficiar a ciudadanos. <\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>35 acciones de vivienda en el municipio.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El presidente municipal de Corregidora, Roberto Sosa Pichardo y el director del Instituto de la Vivienda del Estado de Quer\u00e9taro (IVEQ), Germ\u00e1n Borja, realizaron la entrega de dos apoyos de vivienda en Valle Dorado y la comunidad de Lourdes, de 35 que se realizaron en diferentes puntos del municipio, como parte de una inversi\u00f3n tripartita.<\/p>\n<p>La federaci\u00f3n participa a trav\u00e9s de la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Vivienda de la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Agrario, Territorial y Urbano; el estado, a trav\u00e9s del Instituto de Vivienda del Estado de Quer\u00e9taro y el municipio, por medio del programa municipal Corregidora Avanza Contigo.<\/p>\n<p>Dentro de este apoyo, el ciudadano beneficiario tambi\u00e9n realiz\u00f3 una aportaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica menor o el mamposteo o cimentaci\u00f3n para la construcci\u00f3n de la vivienda en un terreno de su propiedad.<\/p>\n<p>La construcci\u00f3n es ejecutada por IVEQ y la vivienda cuenta con dos cuartos, cocina, sala-comedor, incluye los muebles del ba\u00f1o (lavamanos e inodoro) as\u00ed como la regadera, incluye tarja para la cocina, tiene tinaco, instalaci\u00f3n de distribuci\u00f3n de agua, aplanado en la fachada, y al beneficiario se le otorga un calentador de paso o un biodigestor, seg\u00fan su decisi\u00f3n y las condiciones del drenaje sanitario en la zona de la construcci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Las colonias y comunidades en las que se llevan a cabo estas acciones son 20 de enero, Valle Dorado, Lourdes, Jardines de La Negreta, y en comunidades como: El Jaral, Charco Blanco, La Cueva, Presa de Bravo, Bravo, Lomas de Zaragoza, y \u00a0Pur\u00edsima de la Cueva.<\/p>\n<p>Cada vivienda tiene un costo de $177,999.00 para la cual, el gobierno federal aporta\u00a0 $74,486.38, mientras que el gobierno del estado hace la aportaci\u00f3n de $40,000.00; el municipio\u00a0 $40,000.00 y el beneficiario $23,513.62, la inversi\u00f3n total de este programa para las 35 viviendas fue de $ 6,229,965.00 y de esa cantidad, $1,400,000.00 corresponde a la inversi\u00f3n municipal.<\/p>\n<style>#jtg-20075 .modula-item .jtg-social a, .lightbox-socials.jtg-social a{ fill: #ffffff;
