{"id":16171,"date":"2020-05-26T15:14:05","date_gmt":"2020-05-26T20:14:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/corregidora.gob.mx\/portal\/?p=16171"},"modified":"2020-06-02T15:23:12","modified_gmt":"2020-06-02T20:23:12","slug":"recorrido-de-supervision-de-obras-en-corregidora","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/corregidora.gob.mx\/portal\/recorrido-de-supervision-de-obras-en-corregidora\/","title":{"rendered":"Recorrido de supervisi\u00f3n de obras en Corregidora"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li><em>Seguimos construyendo un municipio disfrutable: Roberto Sosa<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El presidente municipal de Corregidora, Roberto Sosa Pichardo, encabez\u00f3 un recorrido de supervisi\u00f3n de obras de urbanizaci\u00f3n en Lomas La Cruz y Valle de los Pinos.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSabemos que hay muchas necesidades, tenemos que administrar los recursos de la mejor manera para que las obras lleguen a m\u00e1s lugares, nosotros vamos a seguir tocando puertas, buscando la manera de que nos alcance, pero mientras tanto aqu\u00ed estamos trabajando con lo que se tiene\u201d, expres\u00f3 el alcalde.<\/p>\n<p>Como primer punto, acudi\u00f3 a recorrido por la obra para la conexi\u00f3n vial entre las colonias Valle de los Pinos y Valle de Santiago donde se realiza una inversi\u00f3n de 1.8 millones de pesos de gasto directo, para beneficio de mil 600 habitantes, la cual lleva un avance f\u00edsico del 95 por ciento.<\/p>\n<p>Los trabajos a realizar en esta obra consisten en excavaci\u00f3n por medios mec\u00e1nicos a cielo abierto, subbase\u00a0 de tepetate compactado mec\u00e1nicamente, guarnici\u00f3n trapezoidal, banqueta,\u00a0 empedrado de piedra bola de pepena, firme de concreto armado, se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n vertical y luminarias.<\/p>\n<p>Posteriormente, visit\u00f3 la obra de urbanizaci\u00f3n que se realiza en la colonia Lomas La Cruz, en la cual se invierte un monto de 6.9 millones de pesos de recurso estatal para beneficio de 735 habitantes.<\/p>\n<p>Esta obra est\u00e1 iniciado y presenta un avance del 13.8 por ciento, y en ella se realizar\u00e1n banquetas y guarniciones, empedrado ahogado en mortero, relleno de tepetate compactado, rampa de concreto para acceso universal, e incluye excavaci\u00f3n, carga y acarreo.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que las obras de urbanizaci\u00f3n cobran importancia especial en las colonias porque autom\u00e1ticamente se perciben espacios m\u00e1s seguros cuando el entorno es ordenado y agradable, por lo tanto las familias salen con m\u00e1s tranquilidad.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEn estos momentos la recomendaci\u00f3n es que nos quedemos en casa el mayor tiempo posible para frenar la cadena de contagios por COVID-19 pero una vez que pase la contingencia y que estas obras queden concluidas, las familias contar\u00e1n con calles m\u00e1s disfrutables y mejor movilidad\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 el alcalde.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<style>#jtg-16174 .modula-item .jtg-social a, .lightbox-socials.jtg-social a{ fill: #ffffff;
