{"id":12530,"date":"2019-07-09T16:11:07","date_gmt":"2019-07-09T21:11:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.corregidora.gob.mx\/portal\/?p=12530"},"modified":"2019-07-09T16:15:25","modified_gmt":"2019-07-09T21:15:25","slug":"reconocimiento-a-empleados-por-el-mes-con-valor","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/corregidora.gob.mx\/portal\/reconocimiento-a-empleados-por-el-mes-con-valor\/","title":{"rendered":"Beneficiadas 25 familias con apoyo para la vivienda"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li><em>Con aportaciones gubernamentales y de los propios beneficiarios<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Reconocen esfuerzo de los ciudadanos para beneficiarse de este programa que incluye recursos municipales, estatales y federales. <\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Veinticinco familias de distintas comunidades de Corregidora recibieron un certificado de vivienda para la construcci\u00f3n en su terreno, donde se contar\u00e1 con inversi\u00f3n municipal, estatal, federal y de los propios beneficiados.<\/p>\n<p>Al hacer uso de la voz, el presidente municipal, Roberto Sosa Pichardo, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que con esta entrega son 25 familias que dignificar\u00e1n su vivienda y con ello la mejora en su calidad de vida.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSon 25 historias que hoy cambian, pero les puedo asegurar que apenas vamos a arrancar, vamos a estar muy pendientes de la construcci\u00f3n de sus viviendas, ojal\u00e1\u00a0 que este mismo a\u00f1o est\u00e9n listas para que en diciembre, su cena de navidad puedan tenerla en su nueva casa\u201d, expres\u00f3 Roberto Sosa.<\/p>\n<p>La directora del programa \u201cCorregidora Avanza Contigo\u201d, Andrea Perea, indic\u00f3 que en el municipio de Corregidora nunca se hab\u00eda hecho ni se hab\u00eda logrado esta inversi\u00f3n, que tiene aportaciones del municipio, del IVEQ, del gobierno federal pero principalmente de los ciudadanos.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSi bien, 23 mil 500 pesos pueden sonar a una aportaci\u00f3n peque\u00f1a, la verdad es que les cost\u00f3 ahorrar, dejar de lado alg\u00fan gusto o una necesidad que tambi\u00e9n pudieran tener porque el compromiso que ten\u00edan era hacer algo mejor para su familia, y el compromiso que como gobierno municipal estamos adquiriendo es hacer algo mejor para los ciudadanos\u201d, indic\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Agreg\u00f3 que las casas entregadas tendr\u00e1n espacio para sala, comedor, dos cuartos y ba\u00f1o las cuales ser\u00e1n construidas en donde est\u00e1 el terreno de los beneficiarios, distribuidas en las comunidades de El Jaral, Valle Dorado 2000, Santa B\u00e1rbara, Valle Arboledas, Lourdes, 20 de enero, Lomas de Zaragoza, Lomas de Charco Blanco, Pradera de los \u00c1ngeles, Charco Blanco, Paisaje de Lourdes, Presa de Bravo, La Cueva y Bravo.<\/p>\n<p>En este evento estuvo presente el director del Instituto de la Vivienda del Estado de Quer\u00e9taro (IVEQ), Germ\u00e1n Borja Garc\u00eda, quien felicit\u00f3 a los ciudadanos por su esfuerzo para ser beneficiarios.<\/p>\n<p>La inversi\u00f3n se divide en cuatro: por parte de la CONAVI $1, 862,159.05\u00a0 por parte del IVEQ $1, 000,000.00 del Municipio de Corregidora $1, 000,000 y por parte de los ciudadanos\u00a0 beneficiados una aportaci\u00f3n individual de $23,513.62<\/p>\n<style>#jtg-12525 .modula-item .jtg-social a, .lightbox-socials.jtg-social a{ fill: #ffffff;
